Asking $12000 obo, I am loosing my storage space and I have been lacking the time to sail and so baby needs a new home and owner.

Boat needs to have the hull buffed out, fresh bottom paint, new teak and holly flooring installed ($400 delivered) and I just changed the oil, filter, drained the tank, replaced with fresh diesel, changed the fuel filter and have been bleeding the fuel lines to get the air out. But engine has not started, cranks but not starting. If I get the time I will keep working on the fuel lines. But am sure it is a minor issue.
