Description
Next up is a very nice .22 LR Smith & Wesson K-22, the immediate forerunner to what became the Model 17 in 1957. This example should date to mid-1950s not long before the switch to model code stampings from SN.
Overall very clean with a strong and tight action. Minor peening on cylinder face common to older .22 revolvers, firing pin is correct and intact with proper action throughout. Haven't fired this one - picked up in trade as a 'spare' - but appears to be mechanically perfect. Metal shows minor mottling here and there, likely from carry - please see photos.
Asking $650 USD cash only for an overall very nice example of a postwar Smith K-22 in stock configuration - please feel free to reach out with any questions or offers, thanks for looking!
