I won a brand new NF ATACR a couple weeks ago and have no need for it. Box has been opened but the scope has never even been mounted! It's FFP and MIL with the MIL C reticle. They are on the best scopes available on the market and You can't find one less than $3000 before tax. Let me know if you're interested.
