New and unfired, no box, bolt action rifle, a vortex crossfire 4-12X50 scope with a adj objective, comes with a 10rd factory mag, I bought a second 10rd factory mag and a 20rd M1A Springfield Armory mag which works in this rifle. Great little rifle for deer or self defense ( action is smooth and fast) and varmint control on the home twenty..
