Brand new, never fired Colt Socom upper receiver. With Centurion Arms C4 quad rail and Tango down foregrip. The receiver is cage coded. As seen in the pictures, and has matching serial numbers with the 14.5'' pinned and welded heavy Socom profile barrel . The upper does NOT come with a bolt carrier or charging handle.
