Selling a remmington model 31, it has been used for hunting and been in family for some time. I am looking to let it go, it is used and as far as I can tell looks original. Could use a good cleaning and probably could use some attention to the finish. The stock has a slight crack. I’m not sure if that can be repaired or if it has to be replaced. I know nothing about woodworking. It is very old. It could make for a nice collectors piece or restored and used for hunting. Last time it was shot was about 5 years ago and it worked just fine. The crack in the stock is about an inch long and just on the one side. It’s still solid, but I mean, it is a crack. Looking for about 225 or best reasonable offer, I have reduced price I need to sell asap to pay bills. Please have Id or ccwp at time of sale/purchase.
