XCarry grip module for 40 bucks. Dawson Precision .400 height sights. 50 bucks. The rear is made to direct mount into a Delta Point Pro. Was on the XCarry version with the rear sight that mounts to the optics cover plate. They were on a carry pistol, so show wear. If you just need a tall front, they'll work for that too as a lot of p320 co witness fron sights are recommended to be between .375 and .400.
